I used Sue’s Mindfulness and Relaxation downloads for the first time prior to an important meeting. I had been getting frazzled and finding it hard to wind down at the end of the day.
The Relaxation Visualisation really helped me to stop my mind buzzing in the evenings. It allowed me to park my worries and tensions and prepare for a good night’s sleep.
The Mindfulness Meditation was very energising at the start of the day – allowing me to let go of all my ‘what if…’anxieties, clear my mind and focus on the here and now.
After just one week of using Sue’s downloads, I felt significantly calmer, more positive and generally more effective in my work. Every day, it became easier to engage in the meditation, and I started to look forward to these short interludes of peace in my day.
